I know it sounds totally irrational but I keep thinking that I'm not actually thinking properly. I keep thinking I'm saying stuff without actually processing it or everything around me. My mind feels weak and fuzzy. I keep getting these zaps of fear that mind/mouth/eyes aren't working together.
Why does anxiety insist on making us think we're going crazy?! No fun

This is 'just' your over sensitised nerves playing tricks on you once more. Anxiety may make you think you're going crazy but it doesn't have the power to send you crazy.
The culprit is fear, the fear with which you react to this symptom of anxiety causes more sensitivity causing more symptoms causing more fear. All you have to do is accept these strange feelings for the time being, accept them calmly and with the least amount of fear that you can. Let every muscle in your body go limp and truly relax, then the breathing exercise that releases natural tranquilisation into your system: take a deep breath slowly, hold it, let it out, then another deep breath slowly etc etc
These strange feelings are only temporary and as through Acceptance youstop pumping fresh fear into your over sensitised nervous system they will return to normal and all your strange thoughts and symptoms will pass. So practice accepting the symptoms calmly knowing they cannot damage your mind or send you crazy, utterly accept them, and let time pass and you will have taken the first steps on your path to recovery.
Anxiety is basically what jeff1943 said. Anxiety makes us completely oversensitized to the littlest things. Take a deeep breath and most importantly occupy yourself and your mind. Try doing some hobbies that you love ❤️. We're all here for you . Your not thinking weird or going crazy it's just the anxiety. Trust me I've had myself before convinced I need to be comitted and I was snapping out but the next day I realized this is anxiety trying to win. Your fine and will continue to be fine . :)😊❤️
