Hi, yes I've been feeling that way the last 2 weeks. It's been almost 3 months that I have been having bad anxiety. It's almost like when I first started years ago. I had been doing so well. But if the wind blows, if it rains it seems to trigger allergies, sinus pressure which in turn triggers my anxiety..UUGGHH :( I've been on antibiotics but my anxiety causes me to freak out when taking them. I just hate this not normal feeling. Sometimes I don't know if I have a cold, allergies, sinuses or just anxiety. A couple of days ago I actually felt better but then start feeling it again. Trying to remember that the mind is very powerful and can make you feel things that are not.

Ladies I am the same as you

As soon as my body/mind feel slightly different or poorly my anxiety kicks in big time

It takes over every waking moment and I find I put enormous pressure on myself to 'get better'. Why are we like this?😩
