Anyone else's anxiety make them feel like they're dying constantly? It's really becoming unbearable

Yes i was actually just about to post this. I swear i have some sort of illness & no one is picking it up. I constantly feel sick & now im getting super dizzy and just feeling awkward. My chest burns & it feels like i have bronchitis or an upper respiratory infection. Im so tired this past week & im so tired of this all. You are not alone. I constantly feel like im going to die.

It's so horrible! I was struggling to breathe and had rushes of adrenaline all up my body and felt like I was burning from the inside out! 2/: ready to run to A&E. I'm in constant fear don't know how to cope

Yes thats me lately. I feel like I cant breathe at all anymore it's horrible.
