Back Pain

Does any have any remedy for back pain? It’s kind of making me a little anxious. I understand that I’m supposed to limit bed rest and if possible I want to still continue exercising without causing more strain.

I’ve tried yoga for back pain and it helps a little.Does anyone have any other methods that have worked for you? Other than over the counter medicines if possible Thank you!

This may sound weird, my massage therapist told me to take a tennis ball, position it on my back, and glide up and down against the wall. It works! And feels amazing. But go easy... hope this helps 🙃
