Back Pain

Does any have any remedy for back pain? It’s kind of making me a little anxious. I understand that I’m supposed to limit bed rest and if possible I want to still continue exercising without causing more strain.

I’ve tried yoga for back pain and it helps a little.Does anyone have any other methods that have worked for you? Other than over the counter medicines if possible :) Thank you!

This may sound weird, my massage therapist told me to take a tennis ball, position it on my back, and glide up and down against the wall. It works! And feels amazing. But go easy... hope this helps 🙃
