Anxiety

My 13 year old is now suffering anxiety which has made me more anxious, more things to worry about

I'm sorry she has anxiety but at least you know what she's dealing with so you have a leg up over a lot of other parents. My daughter has anxiety and PTSD and tried to commit suicide 2 years ago when she was nine. I could see the downward spiral and tried to catch it and was almost too late and it was like watching me when I was diagnosed. Hang in there half the battle is won now you can support her and get her the help she needs. Show her how strong she can be in this useless thing they call anxiety. Prayers sent to you and your daughter that it gets resolved quickly. 😘 Oops sorry or son as for some reason I thought it said 13 year old daughter. My mind wanders....a lot!

Awww thank you🤗. How is your daughter coping now? And how are you managing? My mind wonders now

Things are a struggle some times but there are victories. She now takes her zoloft faithfully and she is finishing trauma therapy today. She is a typical 11 year old for the most part, just sometimes she has to relax. Ok like I've always said what we won't do for ourselves we do for our children. Hang in there it gets better.
