Help Me
Trees2357, on top of anxiety it does sound like deep depression has settled in. It certainly sounds like a medication problem in that what you are on is no longer working for you. Maybe a change of meds might help. There are drugs out there like Remeron which are mean for more difficult cases of depression. I know you want to wean off what you are on but it may not be the right time for you. Something has got to change in your life in order to proceed forward. You are definitely stuck in this fear of fear cycle that only a professional can help guide you to an answer.
You need guidance right now. You can't do it on your own. Having a therapist you can trust in and who will be there for you is all important. You're lost right now. I've been there and it was scary beyond belief. A psychiatrist once told me that it was like I was in the middle of the ocean in a small boat and couldn't see the shore. I didn't know how I would get back to land again.
Can you relate? I'm hoping others on the forum will also advise you of how you can overcome the fear and sadness and daily crying. It's more than taking a pill, there is something deeper that needs to be addressed. Stay strong, you are going to need all the strength you have but know that you will win one day. xx
i hope your right This is tough
You don't have to do anything..just let the tears come...they are healing...they'll eventually stop. This is my experience
I hope so because this is going on long enough Thank You
Best wishes 2 u
I spent the last six months crying constantly and was not sure it would ever end. My situation has not changed, but I have spent the last 5 days without crying, which is such a relief. It will end!!
