Does anyone get like a pressure or feeling like there is gas trapped in their chest when they are anxious and try to burp but can't.

Hi Aliciar, it happens from time to time. Being nervous we tend to swallow a lot of air while breathing as well as when eating or drinking. Short of taking an OTC Gas-X or Tums, the better way is just to have a few sips of Ginger Ale. It will break up the gas/air bubbles and allow you to belch. Hope this works for you. x

Hi hope the fizzy drink has worked for you ? I've had this full up feeling in chest a few times and I'm pretty sure its wind and I have a peppimint tea and I'm soon passing the wind from both ends.but any hot drink or fizzy drink will do the same.but I find hot drink helps me.
