I could kick myself for leaving meditation go as long as I did because the stress and worried came back to haunt me. I must say I feel great. I went to a park to do today's meditation. The weather wasn't great but a few minutes into meditation the sun came out and even the wind was warmcwhich is unusual for this time of month I did 20 minutes and could of easily do another 20 minutes but traffic was building up. I feel great. I hope anyone suffering anxiety or stress try meditation it's better than any drug. Well folks hope your day was as good as mine ☺☺☺😊😊🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌼🌼🌼🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🏵🌹⚘🌷🌺🐟🐋🌱🐞🐠

Do you find it really helps? Do you listen to anything in particular whilst meditating ?

I came across a DVD call dreamstorm it's heavy rain thunder in the background. I remember having a holiday in a caravan once as a child and it was me my two sisters no bully father and I remember feeling so peaceful it rained for days really heavy. I think I got into it because of that . I play it for 20 minutes but seems like 5 when I go deep. A free I get a warm fuzzy feeling in the front of my forehead like a warm boiled egg has just been planted there very strange but very nice. I will never miss again. I done meditmeditation for about 2 years then stopped thinking I didnt need and never made time and I am so sorry now because I get in some terrible stars emotionally with stress and worry. Please try it it takes a week or so to get into it but soon as you learn to quit thinking to much or think negatively the feeling after is tremendous. That little voice that sometimes put us in a bad state quotes down and you feel more in control. Depression goes as well.

Give it a go what have you to lose and everything to gain.

I agree Dodo, once you really get into meditation, the feeling is addicting. The peace and calm that come over you can't be had with a chill pill. This lasts longer and is more evenly distributed throughout the body. Enjoy feeling at ease.

I went out a couple of hours ago found a peace place to meditate and did 20 minutes with my dreamstorm sounds and I had one of the best meditations ever I drive around in the rain listening to American guitar sounds a CD I bought a while back and I even sang sometsomething i haven't done in years I feel so at peace. I feel so alive I just hope it continues.

What did you mean about what we did in our past and now Agora I didn't quite get what you was saying ?

Yes do feel happy my head feels so calm almost buzzing with peace if you know what I mean. Meditating who would of thought it was the answer to my pain.

Hi Dodo, I don't remember what I said about the past but it meant something when I was writing it. Writing comes so easy for me that I sometimes thing people can read my mind in what I'm saying. sorry about that :)

I just got in myself. Went to the Post Office and it was such a beautiful Fall day that I stayed out longer. Bright sun, colorful leaves falling from the trees, kids getting out of school and so happy, it really felt good to be alive. That was my meditation for this afternoon.

Enjoy the rest of your evening in a calm relaxing state.

I see people who are stressed and angry I want to tell them all to try meditation but it's not the best time to interrupt someone in that state. There should be posters on our city walls to tell people who suffer "Meditate to happiness. Lol

That warm tingly sensation as like a boiling egg is called your "third eye" be VERY careful when you meditate because you could accidentally open up this eye and if you think anxiety is bad now if you open that uo with out knowing what your doing your anxiety will be 1000 times worse.. but yes emditation is great I once meditated in my room and left my body "astral projected" some may not believe this stuff but other who are more open to believing could do it too

I read a book about that. I do feel there is something more when I meditate I feel I want to go deeper. I was surprised today at how quickly I got into it like a switch.
