Today I checked my temp and it said it was98.9 then I checked later and it said 97.5 and not to long ago I checked it again and it said 98.4 could this just be from anxiety???
I so scared.... Im afraid im going to die cause now I’m worried if I don’t stay warm that I’ll go into hypothermia or something 😩 from the one low temp every other time I’ve checked it lately it’s been 98.9
This is the only thing I’m worried about now
Can anxiety cause temp fluctuations?

Your body regulates your temperature just like your heart beat. The body keeps it in a certain range. A doctor told me your body temperature can fluctuate between 97 and 99.9 and be normal. 100.0-101.0 is considered a low grade fever telling you to take something like Tylenol. When it's above 101.1 that is a full fever and might indicate an infection. Don't worry about your temperature your body has a lot of defense mechanism to regulate your temperature, it's not just going to stop. Hope this helps!
