Has anyone had this for anxiety??? If so please tell me if it works

hiya

in was given this a few weeks back to take when I feel my anxiety is really bad...its slows your heart rate down therefore bringing your blood pressure down too..when I have had to take it i do notice a big difference 😁

that's ok...i was told I can take mine upto 3 times a day...but have only ever needed to take the 1 😁 x

I felt like they kicked in within 20-30min as heart rate dropped back down to 67 as at tine of anxiety attack it was 158 😣..they will work for you too 😁 x
