Not long started these but oh my gosh, i feel so tired and sluggish all day. I took a 2 hour nap and still feel really tired and struggling to find energy.
I get chest pains too, but I generally get those from my anxiety so I didnt know if they would go away over time or if the propranolol won’t help that?
Anyone else have/had this problem when taking these for the first time? Or if these issues will persist?

So what I know about propranolol is it helps get rid of some physical symptoms of anxiety. I am not sure if it will help with the chest pains or not. It never made me tired that I can recall. I really hope it helps you, best to you!!!
Thanks for responding! I wish it helped my chest pains but ive only taken them for like 1 and a half days. They did say its makes you drowsy for the first time
My doc says it starts working after an hour of taking it and that the effects don’t last long. Hmmm I may need to research on that but I felt it doesn’t really do much for me personally. I really hope it helps you.
I'm on 10mg propanol and I only take this when I feel anxious or I have chest pains and it takes them feelings away and calms me down, but it does only last for about 3 hours then I'll get the pains again. I always get too scared to take more than 1 tablet a day incase it lowers my heart beat too much
Yeah i get a bit scared that it will lower my heart rate too much. Trying not to panic now actually. But 10mg is a very small dose so we shouldn’t worry about it. Most people take 80mg and more everyday
It never ever does though it's just we think it will. I used to be on 40mg a day but got asked to lower to 10mg because it was making my anxiety worse being on a high dosage
