anxiety has the amazing 'talent' of trying to break us down, and make us fearful, it isn't hard to combat either. I suffer too and sometimes it comes randomly which is what gets me the most

are you on any anti anxiety medication or have you had any therapy?

Hi I've been on antidepressants in the past but feel after a whike they just don't work so decided to try and manager without them I hate this feeling of anxiety and helplessness I've tried meditation which does help but feel so lost

you say you have come off your anti depressants, did you do this gradually? coming off medication fast can cause more anxiety I have found in my personal experience

do you find it is in certain situations you find yourself anxious? for example, leaving your house, standing in a busy shop?

When I came off them my Dr told me to do it over say a matter of weeks lowering the dose as well I'm OK when I'm out it's usually little things that start it off and to be honest its usually family problems that kick in the most constant worry how things are going to work out or if its going to even work out

true and it is only natural to worry about the future and how things will turn out. unfortunately we don't have the ability to see into the future, if only we did maybe anxiety wouldn't be so damaging

do you know of any techniques at all to disperse your anxiety? Do you communicate with those around you about your worries?

Not what you're looking for?
