Anxiety from being Sick

I had a cold but know it just seems like I have a low grade fever of 99.1 it making me scared that I have some awful illness and that should I go to the er😩 I don’t have any fever reducers a lot home currently but I guess I could try one....just worried I have something horrible

That would be HEALTH anxiety google it youll be relieved to find maybe the heat your feeling is Ctually anxiety but doubt it would raise your temp that high maybe a decimal if anything

I do have health anxiety I’m just a afraid I have something because of the temp

I know I’m being silly when I say this but know I’m afraid that I’ll die because I’m afraid I’ve brought my immune system so low from anxiety 😩 even tho I’ve been trying to eat lots of fruits and veggies lately
