Okay sorry if this is TMI - this is also hard to explain. So im always anxious everyday i get all symptoms if anxiety even the worst symptoms. So now my new thing is when i try to sleep at night my body vibrates when im falling asleep it then wakes me up because its so intense and my chest feels like its pulsating. Yh its strange and hard to explain. Anyway this happened every night! The only time it doesnt is when i have sex right before i fall asleep. I could be falling asleep and vibrations would happen i coukd then have sex and when i go to sleep after it doesnt happen. Anytime i have sex before the vibrations wont happen. Now i dont know if the sex is anything to do with it but my faults are - anxiety causes adrenaline. Im anxious all day even when i dont realise it. When i go to sleep i still have adrenaline which is why i feel shakey. When i have sex it releases adrenaline so when i sleep after ive used up the adrenaline my body doesnt shake. Am i right in thinking this ?
I guess it would be the same as if i had exercised before bed?

I dont think sex releases adrenaline.. if that was the case you wouldnt sleep because adrenaline is energy.. if you orgasm not finish but the real deal orgasm you become tired and relaxed so if you can fall asleep with out any issues after sex then your experiencing night time anxiety best of luck i guess enjoy night time sex lol or meditate get a diffuser and lavender oil and just breathe try out marconi union WEIGHTLESS
I think it has more to do with having a way to release or calm your anxiety before bed. I get nighttime panic attacks as I'm falling asleep which sound exactly like the vibrating or pulsating chest you mentioned. If this is happening every night (and if you don't want to have to have sex every night in order to subdue these vibrations) I think you just need to find a way to relieve your anxiety before bed. You could try exercising, but it might also make it harder for you to fall asleep. If that doesn't work, try something calming that occupies your mind in a relaxing way or clears your mind. Reading works for some, maybe some simple stretching, or even deep breathing as you're laying in bed trying to fall asleep. As soon as I started doing a 5 minute stretching/deep breathing routine (search for bedtime yoga routines on youtube) before bed, my panic attacks went away. I think it's just about finding what works for you! kevoreally mentioned diffusers and lavender oil which is also a great idea!
Best of luck to you!
I have this happen, the adrenaline after sex but I have POTS, a form of automatic dysfunction.
