It's been a while

So I haven't been on here for ages. But guess what's creeping back in. I'm in the midst of getting a mortgage for a house. It has been a stressful day admittedly with everything going on. But I'm really freaked out now, I just came in from work and all of a sudden I felt a massive wave of unease come over me (that's the best way to describe it) and then I couldn't remember anything, I could remember my boyfriends name etc and I was talking fine but my mind was racing with things but I was unable to remember what layout my house was, where our new house is etc. Now all I am thinking is something really bad has happened to me

Being overly stressed and overwhelmed will do that to you. Especially if you're doing too much at the same time.
