Shock feeling in chest - winded like?

Does anyone ever get a shock feeling in middle of the chest where it almost takes your breathe away. It only lasts one second but it's very scary. I hope it's to do with tension and my breathing and not my heart which of course I put everything down to. Advice would be much appreciated.

Hey r you talking about heart skipping the beat??? If yes then it also happens to me at times but that is a part ov anxiety too...

I don't know what it is but it's kinda scary. Al sorts happens in body all day that annoys me

I guess u r probably talking about the skipping heart beats that can occur in normal too and it is also a symptom of anxiety
