Keeping my mind occupied.

What, I have learned is that writing down your feelings in a personal journal helps with a lot of your anxiety and depression and whatever you are going through at that time of the moment in your mind. That's was helping me too and just talking to God and praying and talking to my family and friends and also taking my natural supplements from the health food store. Because honestly I don't want to be on the doctors prescription I just want to do everything naturally I'm just praying that I can just stay on the right path and not stress as bad and just be alright. That's all I wanted to say!
