Headaches?

I got a headache every day for a year and half after moving to my new place. I thought it was the overhead lights so I tried wearing hats, then tried sunglasses, etc. I figured it was only tension headaches. So I started to reduce my stress which helped a lot.

I have had headaches from past 2 months now ... i have the same constant headache.. which varies in pain from mild to moderate .... and sometimes severe for a day or two .. did a catscan which came clear can you please tell me what helped you ease the pain

Try feverfew, it's an herb you can buy it at a vitamin shop. It has helped me greatly with all headaches and no side effects. I also did have a chiropractor work on my neck and it also helped with my headaches.
