Nagato_yahito, I doubt if it were a true panic attack since they are usually very intense and last about 10-20 minutes. An Anxiety Attack lasts longer, scary, but not as intense. And then there is free floating anxiety that whelms up and down throughout the 24hrs. The adrenaline never really goes away. This is when doing meditation and deep breathing can help reduce the adrenaline by calming your mind and body. P.S. If that doesn't work then by all means change your heart with a battery A good laugh is always good for anxiety.
If this is something new in intensity or length of time it's lasting, I would call your doctor or go to the hospital. (especially if it is affecting your heart beat or breathing) They can give you something to calm it down.
Tomorrow, have a good father/son talk with him. Tell him how it is affecting you physically and emotionally. Your parents need to know. You shouldn't suffer alone with this.
You have too much stress in your life. You most likely have a tension headache. Is there something you can take (over the counter) for pain? And then you need to put a cool towel on your forward and relax in your bed or a chair.
Panic attacks are driven by adrenaline and you only have so much adrenaline in your body to keep a panic attack going! You can wait out a panic attack, but anxiety is mostly brain driven with physical symptoms that make it awful. Anxiety is most likely what is lasting for you. My big suggestion is breathing. Force yourself to get into a deep slow breathing pattern, in and out, for as long as it takes to start feeling human again! Once you learn a great breathing program you can stop anxiety in its tracks before it gets this intense! Breath..........
