Seriously guys.
Nagato_yahito, I doubt if it were a true panic attack since they are usually very intense and last about 10-20 minutes. An Anxiety Attack lasts longer, scary, but not as intense. And then there is free floating anxiety that whelms up and down throughout the 24hrs. The adrenaline never really goes away. This is when doing meditation and deep breathing can help reduce the adrenaline by calming your mind and body. P.S. If that doesn't work then by all means change your heart with a battery A good laugh is always good for anxiety.
ommggg this adrenaline won't stop I'm trying to breathe.dos it kill ?

Nagato, the adrenaline won't kill you but it will wear you out. It's like you are working real hard. Have you had this happen before?

Are you on any medication?
no.

If this is something new in intensity or length of time it's lasting, I would call your doctor or go to the hospital. (especially if it is affecting your heart beat or breathing) They can give you something to calm it down.
I fill like I'm ding sloly

Are you experiencing shortness of breath, erradic heart beat?
I guess

Do you know what brought this on today?
no ida

It could be an upset of some kind, something you ate or drank. Have you had this before??
yes I hate everything

Okay, now we are getting somewhere as to what is causing the adrenaline to keep flowing and giving you these symptoms.
What do you hate?
my country

This sounds like something that is not in your control. something you need to talk with your family about if it is upsetting you this much.
I don't wanna wake my dad

Tomorrow, have a good father/son talk with him. Tell him how it is affecting you physically and emotionally. Your parents need to know. You shouldn't suffer alone with this.
my head is killing me.
Panic attacks are driven by adrenaline and you only have so much adrenaline in your body to keep a panic attack going! You can wait out a panic attack, but anxiety is mostly brain driven with physical symptoms that make it awful. Anxiety is most likely what is lasting for you. My big suggestion is breathing. Force yourself to get into a deep slow breathing pattern, in and out, for as long as it takes to start feeling human again! Once you learn a great breathing program you can stop anxiety in its tracks before it gets this intense! Breath..........
