What to eat that will aide with anxiety?

Something I'm curious about. I barely drink coffee nowadays just because it might be a contributor. Let me know if you know! I'll be researching about this soon :)

Hi FighterAnn1, I'm sure that what we eat does play into feeding our anxiety especially caffeine and sugar. I have noticed that once my anxiety was under control, I am able to indulge in Chocolate without any kick backs. Not that it's the healthiest of chooses but it makes me happy and adds to my contentment. I normally don't drink caffeinated beverages or products with MSG in them. I eat a well balanced diet making sure I always have breakfast. As Jaleesa just posted, she eats bananas, drinks plenty of water and exercises which for her treated her anxiety. I personally have eaten bananas when my pressure would be high as someone suggested it is good for (and it is, it worked)
