I'm still anxious there storm surge warnings of 5 to 10 feet I don't Live near the beach i live in west Kendall it's still a cat 5 when it comes here it will be at a 4 it when it gets here

I've read that when hurricanes are in water and already high category, they tend to drop significantly to tropical storms by the time they hit land. I honestly don't think it will be as anticipated.

Please don't stay. I just went through hurricane Harvey and my house is destroyed. It was a nightmare. Good luck and my prayers are will you guys. I know what y'all are going through.
