Hi I suffer depersonalisation, derealisation, anxiety, bipolar 2, emotionally unstable personality disorder, I have suffered with these conditions most or all my life, I know things can get hard and when you don't understand what's happening things seem scary and out of control but if I can help anyone who goes through things like this then I've probably been there, some people are aware of their conditions and others feel trapped if I can help in anyway then just leave me a message I'm not saying I know everything but I'm willing to help anyone who is struggling.

Anxiety takes over your mind and body I used to get so overwhelmed with it I thought it was out of my control, have you ever heard of mindfulness this could be a great help for you, the more you keep the anxiety the worse it gets I know I've been through it, this might sound as if it won't work because your really overtaken with anxiety but please try and see if it works, first of all you need to let go of the feeling of anxiety and to do this you need to try and relax yourself and close your eyes and all the energy of the anxiety push it from your head through to your feet and out of your body let the emotions run right down your body until you feel yourself relaxing, when I started it was a little hard until you get used to doing it never hold onto the overwhelming feeling of anxiety because this makes this worse and you will become more worried then it becomes a vicious cycle, I hope this helps and if you need to ask anything else I will try my best to help x

It's stratgy to help with anxiety you can look it up on the internet or ask your GP for information this works really well and can actually help reduce and get rid of your anxiety because at the moment your anxiety is ruling you but once you learn ways to dilute the anxiety then it can pass I have used this myself, I'm a believer in trying things because you never know what's going to work, hope this helps and take care.

I am suffering anxiety for 5 years and it's so hard to deal with it special with no support.My GP prescribed me some antidepressants and nothing else I have nobody to ask for advice so I am glad I found this community online I am learning new ways and I hope something it works for me
Not a lot of people understand I went through most of my life with no one to help I found ways that worked for me and I only hope because I know about this and been there that I can a least help anyone who is struggling if you need any help or advise and I can help I will your not alone, I hope you find something that helps you from mindfulness and you go on to recover and live a peaceful and happy life.good luck.
