Hello all. I am here to see if anyone else is a mental health hypochondriac like me. I just graduated high school and started getting some anxiety and now I spend up to 9 hours a day googling my symptoms to see if I have some very odd mental health issue. I thought I had schitozophrania, paranoia, delusional disorder, and so on but its just anxiety. Is anyone else the same way?

Yes. I'm Mr Health Anxiety! Profession: Hypochondriac lol😆 oh yes... the ER. I stopped counting!
Yep, I can easily spend a whole day on Google. It is debilitating. I have a fear of being dizzy, so I feel off balance and woozy. Then I Google all the feelings.
Yes, anytime I feel the slightest bit off, I google the symptoms. If someone else dies of something, I am going to get it too. It’s exhausting!
Yes always!!
Oh my goodness, YES!! I have had every disease known to mankind over the last 4 years. Visited the ER 10 times in one year. Every test done came back normal and I am still here so obviously if I were dying of something, I would have died by now. All this started with a random panic attack after a terrible bout with vertigo. I spiraled out of control and into anxiety, panic and hypochondria. I spent the first 57 years healthy and happy and the last 4 in mental health horror. I too have googles for hours and hours in search of what is wrong with me. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.
