Scared for months

Okay so I am a 16 year old male. I do not smoke, drink, or anything along those lines. I'm not overweight (I'm 6 feet tall 140 lbs). I have been constipated off and on for almost 3 months now. It's been absolute hell. In those months, I've had no loss in weight, no vomiting, no bright red blood or anything in my stools. My stools are bright light brown. I'm not sure what to think of my situation. I got constipated around mid June and it's been the same ever since. Every so often I have these massive bowel movements of small separated stools which are annoying to pass. I'm kinda gassy at times as well but that might be because I've been eating tons of apples to help with my constipation. Anyways to the point; these symptoms have freaked me out to the point where I'm afraid I have some gruesome colon cancer or something. I still eat fine and everything but the anxiety is killing me. I haven't tried any laxatives because I've always believed in natural routes to these things. I just want to make sure I'm not gonna die at some point from some undiagnosed disease. If it means anything, I ran track every day in the spring but didn't get to work out too much over summer. So could me stopping my running have an effect on my constipation? I've worked out 3 days this week and have had 2 bowel movements in the past 24 hours. I just need some guidance to calm me down. Thank you all so much!

Hi. I'm troubled with constipation as I don't eat a healthy diet. Also I'm taking tablets that cause constipation. You need to see your doctor & explain you problem. My consultant prescribed me laxido powders , you dissolve a sachet in water that keeps me regular. Once they work & you get relief you might only need them 2or3 a week.

Hey, try doing a Salt Water Flush with UNIODIZED sea salt. It's all natural of course. And the salt does not get absorbed in the blood stream because it is not iodized. The salt breaks up the bowels QUICKLY. So after drinking this you MUST be near a restroom for at least an hour. It's gonna clear everything out and should get you back normal again. On an empty stomach (preferably first thing in the morning when you get up) you'll need: 32oz of warm purified water and mix in 1 tbsp of the sea salt. Guzzle it down while it's warm, all of it, as quickly as you can bare, and when you're finished, immediately lie down on you left side for 35-45 min, watch some tv or something while you wait. You will know when it's time to "go", and you'll be going back and forth for about 45-1hr. This may sound gross but it will be so worth it! Let me know if you try it and how it goes for you
