Chest pain

So just this week I've been having chest pain about 2 times a day depending on my stress level or how I'm feeling at the moment!! Like right now I've had chest pain for about 10 or so minutes now and the chest pain just started this week!! So cuz I was so concerned I called health link and they told me to relax no stress mind u have u have 3 kids and they well be in school soon and I'll be home alone which I don't like at all!! Anyways my chest pain right now they say is due to my panic attacks which I really feel like something is wrong!!?? I'm really scared!! I also woke up to my my little sister be being really sick!! She throw up 3 times it was bad!! Then I was stressing out and trying to wake up my hubby but he is really tired!! So I was stressing out about that plus everything that has been going on with this chest pain is really freaking me out!! I just feel really weird cuz it's not in the middle of my chest it feels like heartburn!! And mind u I didn't take my clonzepam yet today which usually does help calm the pain down until I get stressed out again or over think something!! I need help has anyone ever experienced this before?? If so what did u do and yes I've had blood work done and my doctor even checked my heart like 3-4 weeks ago and all is good!! But deep down I still feel like something is wrong!! I need positive advice pls
