Bc, powder for headaches

So, I woke up this morning with a headache and I took a BC powder it works fast. But all of a sudden I want to bust out and start crying and the ingredients have caffeine in it since it's morning where I am do you think the clothes off and my hormones or the caffeine is making me want to have anxiety attack from the BC powder? I always take it and I don't know if it's the caffeine or I just want to cry because it's early in the morning that's when my anxiety starts to act up until Nightfall.
