Guys I get so scared as soon as I open my eyes from sleeping my heart feels like it's racing so fast !!! Scares me so much? Anyone else have this??

I'm having this constantly lately can't get my heart rate below 100 it's scary! Does yours only happens when u wake up? Then calms down again? X

Well if you have been sleeping your heart is going to beat a bit slower, when you wake up your heart will speed up because you are now awake.

It's natural!

You worry because you focus on it to much.

Just get up and go about your day and stop giving it so much of your attention.
