My ovulation and period symptoms change all the time, I used to get really heavy periods and feel fine, but as I've got older they've got lighter, irregular and I want to bite everyone's head off. I thought I was going through menopause and then I got pregnant :) our bodies and hormones change quite often. It's just life unfortunately! I suffer from health anxiety so from week to week I think I'm dying of some cancer or another or have a disease that will put me in a wheelchair. This week it's been stds. Got the all clear today! Wonder what my next illness will be ..

Me! I'm noticing a correlation between ovarian cysts after ovulation and anxiety, palpitations, and panic Attack's. I swear it's all hormones for me!
