Dizzy and tightness feeling in my head

Hi...I sometimes get a dizzy / tightness feeling in the front of my head. It seems to come on anytime. It lasts a few seconds then comes back after about 1 minute. It can go on for hours or only a few minutes. It all started after I had some bad vertigo attacks. Been the ER, ENT but so far no answers. I believe it's anxiety. Anyone had similar experience? Thanks

Yes I've had similar symptoms. A lot of pressure and tension in my forehead then dizziness. It gives me a lot of anxiety, but I know thats the route cause of it. Try not to think about it as I noticed it makes the symptoms worse.

Thank you for responding. Glad to hear I'm not alone since the doctors have no clue. I have noticed that sometimes when I get distracted it goes away so I believe your right. Thanks again!
