Hi Cwoodside,

I've had that plenty times before, I believe it's a symptom connected to anxiety, however you should still reach out to your doctor

Is the pain in your upper arm or lower below the elbow?

Sometimes its upper and other times lower

Ok, that rules out a spinal neck injury as the upper arm and fingers/hand are often effected with that, so it's good news .
