Anybody get anxiety at bed time ?

For some reason this past few days I have a hard time going to bed because I fear that I'm going to die in my sleep . I will not sleep alone . I'm 24 :/ what do you do for this ?

Listen to music watch something on tv or do mediation and sone breathing exercise and try to relax

This used to happen to me all the time after my very first panic attack. I would recommend taking Magnesium, it helped me get comfortable with going to sleep again and it helps me sleep so good. Also, watching a comedy before going to sleep helps as well. Laughter really is healing

I always feel like I can't breath and feel really horrible at night I feel you it's horrible :(

I know this feeling really Well, I get really worked up when it's time for bed because that's where I had my first big panic attack, I try to stay up as late as I can so I'm really tired, I also play games on my phone in bed that makes me more sleepy and keeps my mind occupied, it's horrible to live with 😢

I just stared meds a few days ago so I hope they even out soon. It really sucks having depersonalization too . Like your here but your not here . I'm always terrified I'm dying or some kinda crap

try sleeping in another room, on a couch, and with your favorite music on. Change up your night time routine.
