I have had my lightheadedness/off balance for a good month now, it seems to get worse throughout the day and sometimes even when I'm siting or laying down I feel like I'm swaying around (like I've been drinking all night) I've recently started to feel really sick too! Could this be linked? I really am trying my best to believe all this is anxiety, but I honestly find it so difficult 🙁

Constantly feeling sick...

I'm still in the same place as you. It sucks. Stiff neck, weird vision, dizzy lightheaded and headaches. Not quite sure why it's happening, maybe it's all muscular. I'm also hoping it's just anxiety but it's hard to accept
I find it so hard to accept its anxiety. I could be just sitting down and move my leg or head and I feel all woozy/lightheaded... Surely that's not normal?
I know, I'm having a really hard time believing it too. I don't really even know how to approach getting better. Right now I'm trying to do neck stretches and stuff but I don't even know if it's helping. Do you have trouble excercising and sleeping? Maybe we're just super tired and don't realize it
I'm in same boat. Woozy dizzy all day long. Want my life back x
Most likely coming from neck tension. I have it, too. Thousands of people experience this with anxiety. We are tense because we are anxious. It's a state of fear. Try to accept for the moment. Try not to be anxious about your anxiety, letting go is the way to recovery.
I'm with y'all too. Really sucks feeling like this 24/7 with no answers. Tired of giving my $$ to Dr's All I can do now is pray that I feel better🙏🏻
I had a head massage last week and she said my neck was really knotted she tried to unknot me as much as she could, but can't say it helped much.
I just HATE feeling so woozy! It's my first day back at work today and it's made me feel quite panicky... Keep getting little flushes of feeling really faint.
I totally relate. My neurologist thinks anti-inflammatories will solve it, but I can't help but think something is really wrong.
I do have vestibular dysfunction , which was diagnosed by the audiologist my ENT sent me to, but we haven't been able to figure out what is causing it. PT is helping some; my therapist says tight neck muscles could contribute.
Also, arthritis & bulging neck discs can cause headaches, vision & hearing problems, and balance issues.
