Sinus congested neck pain today

What do I do ?

I've had sinus congestion four five days I woke up this morning not able to move my neck to the right! I still can't well it hurts when I do !

I'm worried really worried ! & scared

Put some gel on the neck and use painkillers. After a few days you need to learn how to stretch the neck muscles. I did give you a link about this I think.

If you don't do anything about it then it won't go away. Please help yourself!

Try arneca cream on the part of your neck that you can't move or where it hurts. For the congestion mix salt into a bowl of warm water and close one side of your nose. Then breathe the water through the other nostril. Repeat with other side of nose.
