Just wanted to say that you're not alone in feeling like this. I had a period where I felt this, although maybe not as strongly as you and I'm starting to come out of it. Its amazing what very gradual changes in your outlook can do, and whilst it takes time and seems unfaceable at first things really can get better! How long have you felt like this?
