I was wondering if anyone in here has suffered a heart attack and deals with anxiety and panic attacks? I wanted to ask how did you know the difference?

Hi I've been experiencing sharp pain that starts under my left breast & travels to centre for about 3seconds then stops! Takes my breath, a bit like a cramp sensation but because of where it is I think it's my heart, can this still be anxiety? I had an ablation for heart arrhythmia in march & cardiologist confident it was a success, so why the pain?

Mine is different. Sometimes the pain is in the center. Sometimes it's under my left breast, like someone is squeezing my heart. And sometimes it radiates to my arms or back. That happens when I start thinking my problem is heart related though

Just sharp or dull pain or burning in the center then dull or sharp over my left breast. I've been having horrible reflux I go for a upper endoscopy tomorrow but the pain travels or moves around sometimes it's in my arm or neck. Currently it's right over the top of my breast
