Cant get any help!

I get these episodes of racing and pounding heart now and then .

Yesterday I was feeling unwell so I got up and started walking . After only a few steps I got back while my heart continues to go fast. Instead of slowing down, it goes faster and faster and harder and harder while im sitting . It goes so bad that I start getting a black vision and highly feeling that death is very near . After a while it comes back. I was so much scared .😢😢

I promise it was like a near death experience! 😨

Doctors cant find anything and ive read nowhere on internet about such thing! I dont think its just my anxiety!

Why are these problems happening to me?

Im only 16 and plus ive never blacked out!
