Cardiac arrest

Is it just me can anyone give me abit of reassurance I'm only 18 and I keep thinking I'm going to have a cardiac arrest.... I eat really healthy now fish oils, fish twice a week.. fruit veg hardly any bad stuff and I exercise more than enough I'm really scared tho I've had chest pain, shortness of breath , irregular palpitations that last for ages , I have arrhythmia and tachycardia which I heard can make u go in cardiac arrest 😩 I've had loads of ecgs 2 of them out of about 20 were abnormal but they sent me hospitial then it was okay had ct scan on lungs had 3 x rays had heart echo and blood tests please please help me I even told my doctor that I'm scared of cardiac arrest he said I'm not going to have one ... I'm hypersensitive as they said and my hearts really rapid and irregular when I'm anxious 😩😩 please any help at all would be so nice thankyou

You wouldn't go into cardiac arrest! I know I've been afraid this before also I'm 18 also....and the dr said I have a healthy heart even thought sometimes when I'm anxious my heart will feel like it's racing or pounding really hard.I've also had the chest pain. I think it would be extremely rare/ to none for someone our age to have a heart attack.

Also the symptoms you have are extremely common among people who have anxiety/ and have had it for years and their heart is perfectly fine 😊

And good for you that you're eating so healthy!😁 eating well and getting exercise is so important
