She thinks it's anxiety, is it?

Hi, my girlfriend always convinces herself that there's something wrong with her, not like an insecurity type thing, but literally like there's something wrong. For example she convinces herself that she can't see and she claims everything becomes blurry, but she visited and optimologist and he said she had perfect vision. She's done the same with hearing. And even once convinced herself she was pregnant and started getting sick every morning when we never had sex. What could this be and what could she do to make it better?

I struggle with the same thing. For weeks I was convinced I had a brain tumor and that my vision was going but it was all in my head. I visited many doctors and they all said I was fine. Its health anxiety. I obsess over it a lot too. Im on medication and I see a therapist to help!
