Have you guys ever got head pains that last minutes then hours like a throbbing on the back of head and top of head

Yes, I used to get terrible migraines thay would not go away and make me cry. I am taking vitamin d now since I was low and it has been helping. Being stressed makes it last longer. Try a painkiller or some tea/ food, maybe a banana

Is it normal it's been going on for 4 days it comes and goes been feeling it at night and mornings and half day

If it really gets worse and you get new symptoms, a doctor appointment can help w reassurance. Do tou have other symptoms/ taking any medication?

No just that besides feeling like crap all day because of anxiety for some reason when I'm out it hits me and it's be so hot

I used to take excedrin for my headaches I thought it helped. Try a painkiller. But worrying about it actually makes it more painful and keeps it there longer. I know from experience. If it doesn't go away or you get new symptoms, just check up w your doc
