Since my last posts, I have made some good progress. I really find solace in reading other posts and have an understanding of what some go through on a daily basis. I have almost completely stopped my meds and am realizing the real battle it can be to stay on top of keeping negative thoughts from overtaking my mental. It's hard at times but worth every effort. I just want to let anyone know that even though some time it seems impossible to get through the dark times, keep pushing because it will get better.
