Ohh poor you I've been up all night it's the worse time to be ill no one around ,try to do little things ,talk to your friends and family ,try keep your mind busy very hard I know ,hope you get some rest xx
Probably not what you want to hear, however it is true and WILL work. You have to STOP the fear cycle! It is not easy and it will take time. However basically you are fearing the fear (which in your case is more than likely some physical symptom). I have been dealing with Health Anxiety since last November, and I have made great progress. However I still have things I need and can work on. Try not to panic or freak out when you feel a physical symptom, your body is hyper sensitive/aware of any little feeling you get. Which causes the fear to start, just try to ignore it or reassure yourself that you are fine and it is only a feeling. It may be uncomfortable, but it will not harm you!
