Is ok :-)

You have to come to a conclusion on how you want the help:

You can either:

Get a therapist

Get on meds

Or

Try to do your own things, meditation, breathing techniques, journaling etc

If it's really bad that now it's affecting your way of life go to your doctor and see what med they'll recommend for you till you can see a therapist.

Till then I really recommend you doing breathing exercises, meditation , and try to focus on the positives around you.

Your symptoms are classic anxiety stuff so don't worry on those it won't kill you.

Do it for your lil ones :)

The meds will kick in and help a lot! If it's an antidepressant, theybusuly take about 3 weeks to really notice affect, so hang in there and stay patient! My anxiety always makes me feel faint all the time when it is fully activated and out of control. It made me develop a fear of fainting even though I've never fainted! It will get better and ease up! Think positive, cling to your faith and give the medicine a chance. :-)

I have the same thing with the head movement, head pressure is on and off and headaches, palpitations, I also have muscle twitching, it had been 4 months now, I started lexapro almost 3 weeks ago. My older brother said he went through the same thing for 6 months and then took lexapro and started feeling better. Before my dizziness started I was going through a lot of stress buying a house and a new puppy while my husband was away for 3 months. I never had anxiety before. The dizziness is the worse part for me, it makes me depressed. I am gonna call my doctor to go up on my lexapro. I really just want the dizziness to go away. I really need to get back to work, I am on FMLA right now. I have never been so scared in my life. Prior to this I was perfectly healthy.
