Mandy950411, Yes you do have the right forum for anxiety and depression. I am so sorry about the loss of your son. Reading over your health concerns, I can tell you that I too have Fibromyalgia and Costochondritis along with the anxiety. These health issues come about because of the overwhelming stress of a life event. Neither is life threatening but life altering. I think you already know that smoking is contributing to your possible COPD as well as Asthma. I hope you will find this forum supportive and comforting since many go through health issues as well as anxiety/depression. We share our stories in hope of not feeling so all alone as well as learning from each other. I'm glad you found us. We will be looking forward to hearing more from you. You are never alone. Thank you so much pleased I have right part now I'm so pleased to be part of a group who knows what your going through instead of someone looking at you as though u are daft or over reacting it's good to know there is forums like this as nice for the support and also hopefully to help others with same problems x
