Anxiety and flushing

anxiety causing flushing for 7 years wake up several times at night

There are several reasons for flushing.

Top of the list is the menapause but that depends on your age. Also, thyroid problems, some medications, allergies to certain foods. Alcohol, obesity and anxiety.

[Hidden]

When I get really anxious my face burns and lasts for quite a while 1 or 2 hours,and I'm way past the menopause, but it is similar feeling.
