Feeling really low

Hi,i have health anxiety regarding cancer,and getting results this week for a womb biopsy its been a long three weeks and am so scared ,i just feel i cant go on ,i have no life its constant worry and regrets o i should not have done that ,it never ends ,i just want t be normal ,im really struggling x

Got results today good news im just menopausal phew ,ive got a fear of cancer as have lost quite a few friends and relations to it,and been brought up with a mum that used health as a way of controlling people,she told me she had cancer ,had a heart attack and stroke when she didnt ,so have cut her completely out of my life ,so feeling relief today x

Well that's great news that it's not what you feared!!! It's very sad for your mum also. She did that to stop people leaving her but in the end she lost you because of what she said!!! Let's hope she gets some help one day but you can move forward now. Take care.
