Feeling really low and demotivated
Hi partygirl & welcome
Hope you will find the site helpful
If you look at peoples blogs you will see you are not on your own with how you feel , which for me when I joined was a relief in its self
Keep talking & people will relate to how you feel & share how they are dealing or dealt with it
I to have suffered years , waiting for counselling ,also would love to feel normal & have that energy you speak about , I do believe that it may be little steps , but slowly we will get there
Love

Thanks whywhy reading these comments does help a lot, it's hard to explain to somebody who has never suffered with anxiety just how you feel. I'm sure my husband and daughter just think I'm boring or lazy but it's so hard some days to get motivated. My friends and family think I got over it years ago and I go to work every day so I keep a lot to myself. So glad I found this site though,
xx
I also have suffered from anxiety in the past. I have recently lost my husband and nothing means anything to me any more. I just feel lost and have suicidal thoughts all the time. I have plans but at the moment I have to get answers to my husbands treatment at the hospital so I have to stay around because no-one else can do it.
In the past I had a very good GP but once he retired we changed practice. However the GP I am seeing at the moment is really good - I wouldn't give anyone else the time of day down there but he is really pulling all the stops out to help. Not really sure how they can but at least there trying - I just want my husband back.
It is nice on this site becauseas whywhy says people know how you feel. So keep logging in.
Hi, Looks like you are depressed as well as the anxiety problem.
You mention tiredness. Do you mean fatigue?? There is a big difference.
Depression causes fatigue, fatigue causes further depression. While this viscious circle continues, you will not escape the anxiety.
After 10 years of very similar symptoms as yours, I am seeing a psychologist.
She has nearly conquered the depression, and is now working on the anxiety and phobias. Yes......... I was in a hell of a mess !!
A "cheerful chat" with a counsellor is no good.
By whatever means you can, get the help of a professional.
TOMORROW DOES NOT HAVE TO EQUAL TODAY !!
There is a better time for you, The sun WILL shine again.
Good Luck,
Thinking of you,

Thank you for you comments it's such a comfort to know your not on your own having these horrible feelings. I'm feeling a little better now, sorry for not replying before I'm not a very good blogger! lol Hope you are all ok, I've been trying to explain to a family member how anxiety feels but I know they just don't get it, but until I suffered from it I suppose I never did either. So glad I found this web page xx
