Hot flashes

Sometimes i usually have them at night but for the last few days ive been having hot flashes as soon as i wake up in the morning even tho im still laying down it only last for a little bit but does anyone else have these? And i dont sweat hard my forehead will jus feel a lil moist where i can barely tell if im sweating & my hands and feet sweat a lil

Does it happen from anxiety/panic? If so it is a symptom.

But if it's happening randomly without anxiety present it could be hormone related either menopause or pms. I get flashes the week leading up to my period and during my period.

I be asleep and wake up into it without my anxiety but this is my week to come on my cycle i didn't even think of that.
