I will sometimes have chest discomfort all day long and a number of other symptoms. So is that normal? or am i actually stressed and i just don't know about it? I'm the same way! Following....
Yes, I've had anxiety symptoms all day. The worst of them being dizziness and headaches. I know that the more I think about these symptoms the worse they get. I try not to think about them but it does become tough when its always happening.
Hello. For a long time I felt as though an icy cold hand was reaching inside my chest and icey fingers were squeezing everything inside me. That feeling would last for hours or days.
You asked whether a long lasting anxiety symptom is normal, well I prefer to think I am normal with a mental health condition that I need to work on and learn to deal with and accept it as part of my life, like other conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, i. e.
Yes this is called generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).
You can define have physical symptoms daily and continuously.
Physical symptoms of a panic attack are a lot more severe and intense but don't last for long.
Google GAD and you will see
I suffer them all day long. Sometimes it feels like I am having one panic attack after the other. Luckily, they stop bothering me once I fall asleep, no matter how intense they are during the day. I think, I just woke up feeling I couldn't breath once, a long time ago. That gives me reassurance that there is nothing physically wrong. Is it the same for you? Do you ever wake up feeling the tight chest?
Anxiety seems to be there all the time in the background and panic attacks are sudden and eventually fade away. From my point of view anxiety can be anything from just a feeling of unease to full blown physical symptoms, dizzy, spaced out, sweating, palpitations etc. There doesn't always seem a reason for anxiety to be there, one day you feel good, next day you feel horrible.
