Panic attack?: Can a panic attack only... - Anxiety Support
Panic attack?
Yes its a panic attack.
Yeah that's defo a panic attack
Of course it doesn't mean impending death. If you're in the present moment it is virtually impossible to experience anxiety or panic attack. It is our conscious and subconscious thoughts about the past and the future that make us experience anxiety. When people think about the past in a negative way they may experience saddnes or regret. When people think about the future fear and uncertainty comes up. There is none of such in the present moment. It's impossible. So look at your thoughts and see if you can examine where you are with them most of the time.
Hi Carrie. Panic attacks can have all sorts of different symptoms. They affect people differently not everyone has the same symptoms. If you are worried about anything affecting you? Then "If in doubt?Check it out" ie go to your Dr at least it will put your mind at rest
