3 day's sober

I don't know what's worse the hangovers or the withdrawals. I hate feeling like this. And I'm anxious and Depressed. I can't win at all and my head hurts and is almost time for my aunt flow to come😖

Well, are you going through hangover or withdrawal? And are you getting some help if its withdrawal? Sorry, your hormones are now also dancing around in your body.....makes you want so say "Take a ticket and wait your turn, please", doesn't it? Let me look around and see if I have any left over tickets that might work with your body and mind.....might be rather old, so don't get your hopes up, my tickets may have expired.....

They're withdrawals and My body feel weird... it feel like bugs crawling on my skin. Wish I could run away from it all.😂

Are you under any medical care? I get concerned when anyone goes through withdrawals and the effect it can have. Have you at least contacted the NA hotline when you are having really rough periods of time?

Three days sober is great! I am drinking the third time in six weeks compared to a pint a day for about two years. I know how you feel. It's hard but necessary if we want to heal. I hope you feel better soon.

I been drinking since my teen year's.. I was drinking everyday none stop..and congrats to u for slowing down...keep up the good work. Hugs to u💕

Thank you. My husband and I hit rock bottom because drinking together with a child was disastrous. He went out of town to find d work six weeks ago and hasn't been back so we decided it was time to stop and get healthy. I have slipped some from the stress of a single parent to but doing much better overall. You can do it too.i will be here for you.

You're a strong woman. Sorry husband skipped on you, but you keeping stepping up to the plate. I do hope you are getting some medical help and maybe AA support during this.

Well he went in order to pay the bills and I respect that. We needed a change. I am not going to a. Trying to do this on our own. Maybe not the best decision but it what I'm doing. Never have been called strong. Thank you for that.

Well,of course you are a strong woman.....bet you didn't think about that just because you have always just stepped up when things needed to be done.

I'm not getting any medical help at all I was doing AA meetings online. But nomore I have a therapist and I go see her tomorrow

Sorry to hear that. My bf is an alcoholic and is getting worse. Because he don't think he have a problem. I will be praying for u and your baby. Hope thing's get better for u soon. You're stronger than u know u will get through this with flying colors😘
